2 years of unlimited warranty for any product defect, worldwide.
Product defects must be noticed by an e-mail to info[at] with photod or videos that demonstrate it. Photos are also useful to identify the rights spare parts to send.
Once identified the defect, we’ll send the Spare Parts next business day, transport costs are in charge to us.
Mounting Skills, Missing parts on Arrival.
Lounge-tek products are provided in a easy Mounting Kit, to save space,transport costs and pollution. We have thousands of satisfied customers that demonstrate mounting operations are easy. We are not liable, for incompetence of custumers to mount our products.
If you notice missing parts on arrival (by E-mail, we’ll send the identified missing components next business day. Transport costs are in charge of us.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (just mounted the first time) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Transport costs are not refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
