2 years of unlimited warranty for any product defect, worldwide.
Product defects must be noticed by an e-mail to info[at]lounge-tek.com with photod or videos that demonstrate it. Photos are also useful to identify the rights spare parts to send.
Once identified the defect, we’ll send the Spare Parts next business day, transport costs are in charge to us.
Mounting Skills, Missing parts on Arrival.
Lounge-tek products are provided in a easy Mounting Kit, to save space,transport costs and pollution. We have thousands of satisfied customers that demonstrate mounting operations are easy. We are not liable, for incompetence of custumers to mount our products.
If you notice missing parts on arrival (by E-mail info@lounge-tek.com), we’ll send the identified missing components next business day. Transport costs are in charge of us.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (just mounted the first time) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Transport costs are not refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns
We have thousands of satisfied clients, but if you are not with them, you can return our product for any reason, Within 30 days from arrival.
All Returns must be authorized by E-mail, send your return request by e-mail to info@lounge-tek.com
Please return the product on the original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Once received the good we’ll check for all components and its conditions.
We accept products returned in good conditions as the normal use.
We’ll refund the product costs until 72 hours. Transport Costs are not refunded.
Return Transport costs to our address in Italy (or U.S. for US Customers) are in charge of customers.
